Texans lined the roadway to pay tribute to Navy SEAL Chris Kyle as his funeral procession traveled from Midlothian to Austin. Kyle, known as the United States' most lethal sniper during his time in service, was gunned down by a distressed veteran at a shooting range last week.
A Boston police officer didn't hesitate to act when a woman was spotted floundering in the water of a channel. The officer took his utility belt off and plunged into the frigid water, swimming to the woman's rescue. Both were hospitalized for hypothermia, but are expected to be OK.
