17-year-old Zach Sobiech has osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. With only months to live, Zach wrote a song aimed at his friends and family titled "Clouds". His song quickly spread online, touching the hearts of people across the country. In response, a number of celebrities made a video to Zach's song.
